1. Services Provides
Max Motorworks offers mobile mechanic  services in the Sydney metropolitan area. Services include but are not limited  to:
- Routine maintenance
- Repairs
- Diagnostics
- Roadside assistance
2. Service Availability
Services are available by appointment  and subject to technician availability. Emergency services may be available  outside regular business hours.
3. Fees and Payment
Service Fees: The fees  for services provided by Max Motorworks will be communicated to the customer  prior to the commencement of any work. These fees are based on the type of  service required, the complexity of the work, and any additional parts or  materials needed.
Quotations: Max  Motorworks may provide quotations for services upon request. Quotations are  valid for a specified period, typically 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms: Payment  for services rendered by Max Motorworks is due upon completion of the work,  unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Payment can be made by cash, credit  card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Late Payment: In the  event that payment is not made in full by the due date specified on the invoice,  a late payment fee of 10% of total amount will be applied. Late fees will  accrue daily from the due date until the outstanding balance is settled in  full.
Disputed Charges: If a  customer disputes any charges on the invoice, they must notify Max Motorworks  within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to notify within this period  may result in the charges being deemed valid.
Additional Charges: Additional  charges may apply for services rendered outside regular business hours, emergency  call-outs, or for any additional work requested by the customer that was not  included in the original service quotation.
Receipts and Invoices: Max  Motorworks will provide customers with a detailed invoice for all services  rendered, including a breakdown of charges and any applicable taxes. Customers  are encouraged to retain these invoices for their records.
Collection of Payment: Max  Motorworks reserves the right to engage third-party services for the collection  of overdue payments. Any costs incurred in the collection process may be added  to the outstanding balance.
Payment Disputes: If a  payment dispute cannot be resolved directly between the customer and Max  Motorworks, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through  mediation or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before pursuing  legal action.
Amendments to Fees and Payment Terms: Max  Motorworks reserves the right to modify the fees and payment terms at any time.  Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Max Motorworks  website or other notification to customers.
4. Appointment Cancellations and  Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: Customers  must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any  appointment with Max Motorworks.
Cancellation Fees: A  cancellation fee may be charged if an appointment is cancelled less than 24  hours before the scheduled time. The amount of the cancellation fee will be  communicated to the customer at the time of booking or cancellation.
Rescheduling: Customers  may request to reschedule an appointment with Max Motorworks. Rescheduling is  subject to technician availability and must be confirmed by Max Motorworks.
Failure to Attend: If a  customer fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice  or if the technician is unable to perform the service due to customer  unavailability, Max Motorworks reserves the right to charge a fee equivalent to  the cost of the service that would have been provided.
Emergency Situations: Max  Motorworks understands that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen  circumstances preventing a customer from attending a scheduled appointment,  please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
Communication: All  appointment cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be communicated  directly to Max Motorworks via phone or email. Cancellations or rescheduling  requests made through other channels may not be recognized.
Exceptions: Max  Motorworks reserves the right to waive cancellation fees or make exceptions to  this policy at its discretion, especially in cases of genuine emergencies or  circumstances beyond the customer's control.
Notification of Changes: Max  Motorworks will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance of any  changes to their scheduled appointments, including rescheduling by Max  Motorworks due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Acknowledgement: By  booking an appointment with Max Motorworks, customers acknowledge and agree to  abide by the cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined in these terms and  conditions.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Customers  must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle requiring  service, including make, model, year, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and  any relevant details about the issue or service required.
Vehicle Access: Customers  must ensure that the vehicle is accessible for servicing at the agreed-upon  location and time. This includes providing a safe and suitable working  environment for the technician.
Presence During Service: Customers  or their authorized representative must be present during the service  appointment to grant access to the vehicle and to discuss any specific concerns  or instructions regarding the service.
Safety and Security: Customers  are responsible for the safety and security of their vehicle and personal  property during the service appointment. It is recommended to remove any  valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
Clear Communication: Customers  must communicate any special instructions, concerns, or additional work  requests to the technician before the commencement of service.
Environment and Access: Customers  are responsible for ensuring that the technician has safe and adequate access  to the vehicle, including providing a level and stable surface for jacking and  working under the vehicle if necessary.
Pets and Children: Customers  should secure pets and supervise children away from the immediate work area to  ensure their safety and to prevent interference with the technician's work.
Maintenance Records: Customers  should maintain records of previous services and repairs performed on the  vehicle, which may be helpful for diagnostic purposes.
Payment: Customers  are responsible for timely payment of all fees and charges associated with the  services rendered by Max Motorworks, as outlined in the Payment section of  these terms and conditions.
Feedback: Customers  are encouraged to provide feedback and comments regarding their experience with  Max Motorworks to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Warranty
Max Motorworks warrants all services  performed against defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days, unless  otherwise specified.
7. Limitation of Liability
Max Motorworks shall not be liable for  any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or  in connection with the services provided.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be  governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales,  Australia.
9. Amendments
Max Motorworks reserves the right to  amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon  posting on the Max Motorworks website or other notification to customers.
10. Parts and Materials:
Max Motorworks uses high-quality parts  and materials sourced from reputable suppliers. Customers may request specific  parts, subject to availability and agreement with the mechanic.
